The MP1200 melt flow tester uses advanced technology to perform melt flow tests according to ASTM D1238 and ISO 1133 standards. It is available in two versions, the manual MP1200 and the motorized MP1200M, with the manual version supporting ASTM Procedure A. The system can be upgraded with ISO 1133 tools and a PPDT sensor for Procedures B & C, MVR measurements, and melt density calculations. Optional manual and automatic cutting tools are also available to improve accuracy and reduce operator involvement during testing.
