The HG-520 is a compact and reliable 4-gas automotive emission analyzer designed to measure CO, CO₂, HC, O₂ and calculate Lambda (λ), Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR), and optional NOx.

Lambda (λ) & AFR calculation for combustion efficiency
NDIR method for CO, CO₂, HC; electrochemical for O₂ and NOx (optional)
Fast response (<10 sec) with warm-up time of 2–8 min
User-friendly interface with LED display
and function keys (MEAS, ZERO, PURGE)
Built-in printer and RS232 port for data logging
Portable & lightweight (4.5 kg) with filter maintenance access
Standard gas calibration supported (recommended every 6 months)
