Nexus Analytics works closely with our customers from planning to validation to ensure that the new instruments installed meets our customers’ needs and is smoothly integrated into the lab environment. A convenient installation appointment with our client is fixed before instrument delivery and installation are carefully orchestrated by our experienced field service engineers to safely unpack the instruments and ensure that the instrument is properly installed and ready to use. This includes physical setup, software installation, and performing of routine calibration and diagnostics. An installation report is issued after performance is verified by our field service engineers. A pre-installation visit can also be arranged to discuss installation requirements if necessary.

Our service team pride itself on our short response time to breakdown calls from our customers. Under our service contract, the response time in the case of a breakdown is within 48 hours where a field service engineer will be dispatched to your site to diagnose and repair instruments. We also keep stocks of spare parts to ensure downtime is minimized and repairs are completed as per our service agreement.

We offer a variety of upgrade options to help our customers take advantage of technological advances and still get an optimal ROI on our instruments. These upgrade options can include computers, software, or hardware aimed at improving instrument operations, laboratory workflow, and productivity. All upgrades are performed by our experienced field service engineers and comprise of upgrades to optimize and improve the hardware or software function of an instrument. Upgrades that result in added functionality to an instrument can also be performed for a quoted fee.

Upon installation, our field service engineers will provide operations and user maintenance training to ensure our clients maximize the full potential of their instruments. We also offer customized training on per need basis.

Re-location services are available and will be quoted for and scheduled in advance. Should our clients need our assistance to move their instruments from one place to another, our field service engineers will assist in inspecting the new site and overseeing dismantling, re- installation, and testing of the instrument in its new location

Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) are conducted at the installation site by our own certified compliance specialists during installation, post-installation and subsequent intervals for a quoted fee

The Installation Qualification (IQ) is the documented proof that equipments have been delivered and installed in accordance with the requirements and statutory safety regulations stipulated in the design qualification.

The Operation Qualification (OQ) is a test process that evaluates the correct functioning of a facility or equipment.

The Performance Qualification (PQ) is an important component of the validation process. Its purpose is to verify and document if the instrument modules are working within specified limits as a whole system.
